“We worked with Bildco (Mike Welsch) for our 1st floor house renovation. It was a full gut job – walls, ceiling, floors, windows, electrical, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen – all removed down to the studs. It was our biggest project to date and Mike made it smooth. Mike’s work is absolutely meticulous – he’s light years ahead of other contractors. What makes him different is this: he truly cares about his work at your house and he is always on the job site. This is a big deal because when a plumber is working at your place, he ensures that everything goes correctly instead of learning two weeks later that a permanent pipe was put in the wrong place. He also has a great personality and is easy to work with – which helps a lot! He’s very honest, trustworthy and reliable – he was always reachable even after the workday was over. Lastly, it should be noted that the subcontractors Mike works with (masonry, electricians, plumber, etc) are top notch and share his same qualities. We highly recommend Bildco and hope to work with Mike again in the future. We’re so excited our house is even nicer than we ever imagined – and it’s all thanks to Mike and his team.
